Create a contest

Prepare a complete challenge with brief, dates, deliverables, votes, prizes and rules of participation.

  1. Open the menu, click Contests, then use the Create Contest action.
  2. Choose a quick template if one of the formats meets your needs.
  3. If you bought Starter competition, open the organizer dashboard or creation form, then enable Use a pack before saving.
  4. In Contest Information, provide the title, description, media, type, categories, criteria, and submissions.
  5. In Participation, choose the submission method, limits, team operation and necessary validations.
  6. In Advanced Options, set public or jury voting, privacy, and useful controls.
  7. In Competition Dates, enter the start and end of submissions, then the voting dates if they are separate.
  8. Add scope, location, prices, then save or publish the contest.

Participate in a competition

Find a competition, check the rules, join a team if necessary and submit your creation.

  1. Open Competitions from the main menu.
  2. Use the search or filters to find a suitable competition.
  3. Open the competition form and read the brief, dates, deliverables and voting criteria.
  4. Click Participate or Request to Participate if the organizer requires validation.
  5. If the competition requires a team, create a team, invite members or join a team with a code.
  6. When the submission period is open, click Submit and add the requested files, links, description and information.
  7. Track validation status in your submissions, notifications or contest pages.

Vote and read the results

Understand where to vote, how rankings are displayed, and why some votes may be blocked.

  1. Open a public contest or competition that you have access to.
  2. Verify that the voting period is open.
  3. Click Vote or open a submission from the creative list.
  4. Vote according to the planned method: public, jury, tournament duel or noted criteria.
  5. If the vote is declined, verify that you are logged in, eligible to vote, and have not already voted.
  6. If results are provisional, check the dispute deadline before treating the ranking as final.
  7. If you see a legitimate issue, submit a dispute from the Results page while the window is open.
  8. Open Results to view the ranking, winners, podium or available scores.

Publish an Expo product

Add a product or invention sheet visible in the Expo Zone.

  1. Open Zone Expo, then My Expo Products.
  2. Click on Show an Expo product.
  3. In Product Identity, enter the name, summary, and description.
  4. In Positioning, choose the category, maturity and availability.
  5. Add price, location, main link and useful technical specifications.
  6. Choose the acquisition method: contact, direct purchase, auction or direct purchase with auction.
  7. Add public media and evidence if you have it.
  8. Choose Draft or Published, then save.
Showcase a product

Configure a talent profile

Make your profile visible in the marketplace and specify your specialties, availability and budgets.

  1. Open Talents, then use the configure talent profile action.
  2. Complete the name, location, bio and external link if necessary.
  3. Enable marketplace visibility.
  4. Add your specialties to appear in relevant searches.
  5. Indicate your availability and a consistent budget range.
  6. Add references from your portfolio to build confidence.
  7. To request the verified badge, open Plans and export, add a reason and evidence links, then submit the request for review.
  8. Save and come back to the marketplace to check the public release.
Configure my talent profile

Use the AI assistant

Request a search, a Dexyd action or the preparation of a draft without losing control.

  1. Open AI Assistant from My Space.
  2. Formulate the request in natural language, for example: find a competition suited to my skills.
  3. Request a search of public contests, your entries, your messages, your notifications or your accessible data.
  4. When the assistant checks Dexyd, the sources used appear under the reply so you can distinguish context, attachments and consulted data.
  5. To create a contest or Expo product, let the wizard prepare the fields, then review the actual pre-filled form.
  6. To participate, cancel a participation, change the theme or change the language, check the proposed action before validation.
  7. Standard AI requests consume 1 credit; monthly credits are renewed each month and purchased packs remain usable until exhausted.
  8. Premium advice from external resources can consume additional AI credits when requested.
  9. Only confirm if the content matches your intent.

Complete the AI profile

Add the signals that allow Dexyd to recommend truly relevant competitions and actions.

  1. Open the profile or configuration path displayed after login.
  2. Add your skills, interests, favorite categories, goals, and collaboration preferences.
  3. This information helps the assistant match your requests with available competitions, talents, Expo and public data.
  4. Update them when your activity, level or goals change.
  5. Keep sensitive information out of public bio if it should not be visible.

Manage preferences and privacy

Separately adjust the language, appearance, notifications and visibility of your profile.

  1. Open Settings from the menu.
  2. To change the language, use the Language field in General.
  3. To change the appearance, use the Theme field in General.
  4. In Notifications, turn useful alerts on or off.
  5. In Privacy, choose whether your profile is public, registrant-only, or private.
  6. Adjust the display of email, location, activity and message permission.
  7. In Account, update your profile information, export your data, or request a password change.
  8. Before deleting an account, export your data and download the media or projects you want to keep.
  9. To delete the account, use the Account tab, confirm the action, then treat deletion as final.
  10. To review privacy, terms, cookies and legal notices, open /privacy, /terms, /cookies and /legal.
  11. If content is missing, check filters, drafts, archives, moderation and the connected account before contacting support with the URL and screenshots.
